Four people. One strap. All St. Louis.
This custom guitar strap was commissioned by Jimmy Baumgartner and is one of the most collaborative pieces we have ever made. The design was created by Jimmy's ultra-talented son Grant Baumgartner. The airbrushing was done by our own Bass-Master, David Karns. And Jeri put it all together.
The strap was made to pair with an incredible guitar built by St. Louis luthier Thos Soehnlin, and the entire concept was inspired by the Spirit of St. Louis, Charles Lindbergh's legendary aircraft. The plane that crossed the Atlantic. On a guitar strap. In leather. Handmade in St. Louis.
