Shipping

We are a small, studio-based business, and every one of our guitar straps is handcrafted by our incredibly talented staff. Because of this, our shipping times can be a little different from what you may experience with a larger company.

In-Stock Items
In-stock items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally, an in-stock strap may need a little finishing work before it is ready to be packed and shipped, so please allow us a few extra days when necessary.

Custom Guitar Straps
Custom guitar straps take longer than in-stock items. Jeri personally stays in contact with everyone who orders a custom strap, keeping you updated on its progress and letting you know where we are in the process.

In-Stock Straps Made Just for You
If you order one of our "In-Stock" straps that needs to be created specifically for you, please allow approximately one week for us to make your strap and get it on its way.

Shipping Delays
Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We choose shipping partners we trust, but occasionally delays happen that are beyond our control.

If your package is delayed or you have a problem with your delivery, please reach out and let us know. While we cannot control the carrier once your package has left our studio, we will always do what we can to help and, when possible, expedite the situation.
