A painted sky, a flight of butterflies, and a guitar strap made as a work of art.
Butterfly Sky is a one-of-a-kind custom guitar strap created through a collaboration of leatherwork and airbrushed art. Bass player and artist David Karns airbrushed the sky and clouds, giving the strap a luminous background filled with depth and movement.
The butterflies were created from black kidskin leather layered over airbrushed kidskin wings. Each butterfly was glued and sewn to the leather strap, bringing strength and dimension to the design while helping the colors stay vibrant and protected.
This strap reflects what Jeri Hart Straps has spent years perfecting, serious art for a guitar, made with the care and durability to last at least one lifetime.
This strap is not for sale. It is part of the Jeri Hart Straps gallery, created to show what is possible when leatherwork, color, and an imaginative idea come together in a deeply personal piece.
