This strap is built around butterflies, from base to finish, every layer contributing to the design.
We started with belt leather painted cream, then built up airbrushed kidskin underlays to bring the butterfly colors to life. Over those, intricately cut black kidskin butterfly bodies and wings were laid on top, each one precise and deliberate. Double-layer kidskin ivy winds through the entire strap, end to end, tying the whole piece together.
