Not every strap is made for a celebrity. Some of the best ones are made for a guy who just loves music down to his bones. This one was made for a devoted Grateful Dead fan who wanted something that could hold its own next to the music.
The base is soft deer tanned leather, topped with insanely detailed kidskin overlays: deep red roses, a GD Skelly, and the iconic Steal Your Face skull with lightning bolt. The rose and skeleton artwork was pulled from Grateful Dead album cover imagery. On the back, the initials WRE in a Grateful Dead font.
Black leather. Red roses. A skull that means something. The kind of strap that makes other players stop and stare.
