This strap was built for a character named Maxx Flash, and every inch of it earns that name.
We started with black leather as the base, then added cream metallic kidskin overlays to spell out "Maxx Flash" across the strap. The lettering was covered entirely in Aurora Borealis Swarovski crystals, each one set in a distressed silver rim. The edges were outlined in distressed silver metallic kidskin with distressed nail heads, and the crystal work continued across the back as well. The whole piece was finished to look like it had been played hard by a rock star for years, because that was exactly the brief.
