Color moves through this strap like music, surrounding bright angels and a flaming sacred heart.
This one-of-a-kind custom guitar strap was inspired by the artwork of Michael Rios for Santana. It begins with a flexible, 3-inch-wide piece of vegetable-tanned leather, treated with our studio softening process for a comfortable feel.
The leather was airbrushed in one continuous ombré transition from red to orange, then blue and black. The color carries all the way down the strap and continues onto the back to the very bottom, giving the entire piece a dramatic sense of movement.
Brightly colored angels made from layered kidskin bring vivid detail and dimension to the design. On the front, a sacred heart is surrounded by airbrushed flames, creating a powerful focal point inspired by the spirit and color of Michael Rios' Santana artwork.
The kidskin overlays were glued and meticulously stitched to the strap, which was then backed with high-quality black suede.
