For this strap we start with a thick, supple piece of black pebble-grained leather sourced in the US, chosen for its weight, feel, and finish. It is cut to a sleek 2.25 inches wide, narrow enough to sit cleanly on your shoulder, substantial enough to carry a heavy guitar all night without complaint. Backed with high quality suede that grips your shoulder and softens over time.
Our hand-oxidized solid brass buckle adjustment system was invented right here in our studio. We were the first, and no one else does it quite like we do. The design distributes the weight of your guitar evenly across your shoulder, with no slipping or hotspots, just comfort through a full set. It’s been imitated, but never duplicated.
