Neil Young chose us. Out of all the guitar strap makers in the world, Neil selected Jeri Hart Straps to recreate his iconic Peace Sign and Dove guitar strap, and a limited edition run of these straps was sold directly on Neil Young's own website.
We recreated the strap using Vegetable Tanned leather, thick, supple, and genuinely environmentally responsible. This matters to Neil, and it matters to us. Vegan leather alternatives are actually worse for the environment than real Veg-Tanned leather, which made this the right choice all around. The textile ribbon was custom-created to match the colors of Neil's strap as it looks today, it is no longer the original black and white.
