The widest, warmest strap in our classic line — oil-tanned brown leather, full X lacing, and serious shoulder comfort.
We start with a thick, supple side of brown oil-tanned leather sourced in the US, cut to a generous 2.75 inches wide. Oil tanning gives the leather a naturally distressed, marble-finish character that only gets better with age. Scratches? Just rub them out with your fingertip — they disappear instantly. The wider cut spreads the weight of your guitar across more of your shoulder, so even the heaviest guitar feels manageable all night.
Backed with high quality suede, the strap is then hand-punched and laced end-to-end with matching leather lacings in a signature X pattern. The lacings run as a single continuous length — so they will never break, fray, or pull loose.
Our hand-oxidized solid brass buckle adjustment system was invented right here in our studio — we were the first, and no one else does it quite like we do. The design distributes the weight of your guitar evenly across your shoulder — no slipping, no hotspots, just comfort through a full set. It’s been imitated, but never duplicated. This system gives you 9 inches of adjustability.
